How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
You can use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to monitor your package through the shipping carrier you selected until it arrives.
What shipping methods do you use?
We offer a variety of shipping options available at checkout to meet your delivery needs. All orders are securely packaged and include full tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Do you accept returns?
Due to regulatory restrictions on the sale of our products, returns cannot be accepted.
If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at support@nuvorislabs.com and we will arrange a replacement.
