1. No Returns
Due to regulations governing the sale and handling of research peptides, returns are not permitted.
All sales are final once the order is completed. Our products are research-grade peptides and are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific use, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Incorrect or Wrong Items Received
If your order is shipped incorrectly or you receive items different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@nuvorislabs.com within 10 days of your purchase.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos
We will review and verify the issue and may request additional information to help resolve it.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation prior to the order being shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
