Membership Agreement

By placing an order or registering as a member, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

Eligibility Requirements – I certify that I am a qualified researcher or authorized organization approved by Nuvoris Labs and that I am 21 years of age or older.
Research Use Only – I understand that all products sold by Nuvoris Labs are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research and experimentation. All information provided is for educational purposes only.
No Human or Animal Use – I acknowledge that use of any product for human or animal consumption, administration, or diagnostic purposes is strictly prohibited.
Compliance With Laws – I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, handling, storage, and disposal of research materials.
Acknowledgement of Risk – I understand that all products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and that Nuvoris Labs assumes no liability for damages resulting from use or inability to use products or services.
Indemnification – I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvoris Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my purchase, use, or misuse of research products.
No Resale or Diversion – I agree not to resell, distribute, or divert any products for unlawful purposes or for any use involving humans or animals.
Privacy & Communication – I consent to Nuvoris Labs collecting and processing my information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to receive transactional and promotional communications (unsubscribe available at any time).
Product Use Notice – I understand products are sold in lyophilized (powder) form, may require reconstitution, and do not include research supplies or dosing instructions.
Termination Rights – I acknowledge that Nuvoris Labs may suspend or terminate my membership or purchasing privileges if I violate these terms.
Governing Law – I understand that this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
